In view of the carbon fiber composite materials have the problem of stress concentration, the new knitting process was put in forward in this paper and the best parameters of solidification process was determined by the repeated test. According to mechanical simulation analysis and experiment, the tool force weak spot was found and the way to optimize the mechanical properties by inlaying titanium alloy is presented in this paper. On this basis, the six-splitting wire hooks and the link plate fixture made of carbon fiber composite materials were developed. It is shown by the field application that the live working task can be accomplished successfully by using the new developed tools.
