Abstract

“Tianqing”, a meteorological big data cloud platform, is the most complete and authoritative meteorological data information system for the meteorological department at present. However, due to the lack of comprehensive monitoring of the whole process of it, the faults cannot be accurately located and the processing is not timely enough. Therefore, it is urgent to realize the automatic and centralized monitoring of the operation status of each business system of “Tianqing” based on “Tianjing”, realize the comprehensive monitoring and centralized alarm of the whole data process and each business system of “Tianqing”, and provide an operation and maintenance process management platform linked with it, in order to realize the paperless, convenient, standardized, automatic and intelligent operation and maintenance requirements, and improve the operation and maintenance support ability of provincial meteorological services.
