However, problems such as too narrow coverage, repeated formulation, varying quality and difficulties in coordination have appeared owing to the lack of top-down designs and plans as the development of the transportation informatization. Abstract

Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) has been widely used in different fields of transportation, including transportation supervision, security responses, highway construction and administration as well as waterway construction and administration. 北斗系统在交通运输中的应用现状及标准体系研究
全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)已广泛应用于交通运输监管、安全响应、公路建设与管理、航道建设与管理等不同领域。近5年来,道路运输动态安全监管、船舶监控管理、安全响应等北斗卫星导航系统典型应用领域取得突破,国家示范工程应用需求不断增长。为规范和提高GNSS在交通运输中的应用服务质量,中华人民共和国交通运输部制定了GNSS应用的相关标准。但随着交通信息化的发展,由于缺乏自上而下的设计和规划,出现了覆盖范围过窄、编制重复、质量参差不齐、协调困难等问题。本文通过综合考虑交通应用需求,系统总结GNSS交通应用标准现状,提出北斗交通应用标准体系,指导北斗交通应用标准的制定。
