The cloud computing services, whether it is IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS has attracted most of enterprise to separate the corporate data connection from private WAN to public internet securely. This dual data traffic still can be managed by enterprise router, but it will require manual routing or at lease delay with complicated rule to mitigate any link problem. SD-WAN as the development of SDN in wide area network, have the solution to solve the manual routing data, by putting the control plane in a software environment to manage the data traffic virtually. In Indonesia, the SD-WAN technology has been introduced by several vendors and operators, some enterprise still reluctance considering the security of enterprise data through public internet service, and some of them still questioning the Quality of Services compare to legacy or traditional WAN services. Therefore, this research will perform the Quality of Service and Performance of SD-WAN, compare to traditional Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) link and Ethernet over Internet Protocol (EoIP) as one of the contenders. The object of the research is an active WAN of one of Indonesian company, that having those three connections between Jakarta and Surabaya.
