This research shows that many State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) is not ready to face APT 3.0. Only 28.6% (two out of seven) of PTKIN have excellent internal management and quality assurance system. The lecturer ratio's accreditation score has reached 42.8% (three out of seven) of PTKIN, but the professors' ratio is still meager, only 2.96%.
