Abstract

The article deals with the features of Ukrainian migration policy and Ukrainian labour migration to Europe in the polycentric world order of the 21st century. It also considers the network-based social assistance programmes launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to help Ukrainian citizens stranded abroad due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
