Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews and documentation. The interview was carried out by 3 sources who are university students of bhayangkara university. The study suggests that there are some communication barriers between teachers and students in online learning, which are technical obstacles, psychological barriers, environmental barriers, and semantic barriers.
