This research aims to explain the communication process that occurs in the Michat chat application in online prostitution sexual activities. The concept used in this research is computer-mediated interpersonal communication (hyperpersonal), the research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique in this study uses non-participant observation techniques, where the researcher does not have to position himself as a member or group being researched. In addition to non-participant observation, this study also uses the in-depth interview method. The interview was conducted by 2 resource persons who were involved in the process of communication on this phenomenon. The results of this study show that the phenomena that occur to the actors are supported by several personal factors, the communication that occurs in it also takes place in two directions where the communicator and communicant exchange information and functions. The results of the study also show that the phenomenon of online prostitution occurs in the Michat application because there are many MiChat features that support the perpetrators of this act.

The existence of technological developments has a considerable impact on people's lives, for example, with the social media Instagram. With this Instagram, the community has the freedom to comment on uploads from other people. Not infrequently the comments given by the community are classified as insults or bullying that starts with Cyber Bullying. One example is the bullying carried out by the public against Rahmawati KekeyiPutri Cantikka as evidenced by the many scathing comments on her personal Instagram account. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the phenomenon of cyber bullying experienced by Rahmawati Kekeyi. This writing will use descriptive qualitative research methods by utilizing various data sources, such as Instagram accounts, journals, websites, and other sources relevant to the research topic being conducted. The results obtained indicate that Rahmawati Kekeyi received various kinds of bad comments, in the form of body shaming from the wider community, both on Instagram and Youtube accounts that were installed.

Communication is the most important part in improving child's achievement, because if there is no communication, we cannot know how the child's condition is. Good and effective interpersonal communication skills are needed by humans so that they can carry out all their activities well. The problem that occurs is communication barriers that occur due to the absence of openness in communication in improving children's achievements. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the role of communication in improvingchildren's achievement. The research method used is a qualitative approach, the researcher conducted interviews with 5 informants. The results of this study indicate that the importance and necessity of interpersonal communication between mother and child to improve child achievement. In conclusion, it can be said that communication is important not only in improving children's achievement but also in interacting with one another.

This study aims to describe how the nonverbal communication style of celebrities when carrying out Endorsement dactivities, the concept used in this study is the concept of nonverbal communication and endorsement. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a digital ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used online observation and documentation on the Instagram account @fadil Jaidi. The results of this study indicate that the communication carried out by @fadil jafidi when endorsing uses nonverbal communication support by using properties such as statues and body movements such as pointing at the product to be promoted, holding the product, and other body movements when explaining product details or ingredients of the product.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang kemampuan Pemilu untuk melahirkan legislator daerah yang mampu mewakili konstituennya dengan baik, ditengah maraknya ‘politik uang’ pada Pemilu serentak tahun 2019. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui efektivitas Pemilu legislatif daerah di Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Kota Lubuklinggau, dan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, dan Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilih (konstituen) dalam Pemilu legislatif daerah tersebut.Pada penelitian ini, peneliti akan melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan berlandaskan pada teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi faktual dan akademis. Dalam pengolahan data akan dilakukan uji triangulasi data sehingga data memiliki validitas yang tinggi, dan kemudian dilakukan analisis secara teliti dan kritis, sehingga menghasilkan suatu simpulan yang obyektif.Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan Pemilu legislatif daerah pada Pemilu serentak tahun 2019 telah efektif secara normatif namun belum tercapai secara kualitasnya; dikarenakan masih diwarnai oleh ‘politik uang’ dan kecurangan di tingkat KPPS, PPS, PTPS, dan Pengawas lapangan. Hal ini berdampak pada legitimasi para Caleg terpilih menjadi semu atau lemah, serta rendahnya kapasitas, kapabilitas, dan kualitas para Caleg terpilih dikarenakan tidak adanya seleksi secara akademis dan terukur.

The purpose of this study is to explain NCT's Parasocial Idol interactions in building closeness with NCTzen through YouTube. This study uses the concept of parasocial interaction and Computer Mediated Communication. The method used is qualitative with a digital ethnographic approach and the technique used is online observation conducted on parasocial interaction activities on Youtube NCT. The results showed that the process of parasocial interaction on NCT Idols in building closeness with NCTzen was marked by interactions in the YouTube comments column on the content broadcast by NCT such as live streaming, daily life videos, MV, variety shows. The interaction was repeated by NCTzen and NCT.

The purpose of this study is to describe how the communication behavior of parents when dealing with the spread of hoaxes in WhatsApp chat groups. The concept used in this study is the theory of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC), parental communication behavior, the spread of hoaxes, and WhatsApp Messenger. The method used in this research is qualitative and the approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was sourced from online observations carried out on Whatsapp group chat account activities, researchers will conduct interviews with 3 informants and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the lack of understanding of parents, which affects behavior in communicating in WhatsApp groups and expands the spread of hoaxes.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence leadership and work motivation have on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Sampling was done by using probability sampling method of simple random sampling type with the number of respondents as many as 154 people. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by Fcount > Ftable (27.952 > 3.06) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the variables of leadership and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable of leadership that is (3.330 > 1.976) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. While the value of tcount > ttable of work motivation is (2,923 > 1,976) with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination, it is found that leadership and work motivation affect 27% of employee performance at PT Kreasinergi Idea Explora Bandung and the remaining 73% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

The importance of the role of women in the family as wives, mothers, andcommunity members in terms of educating families in the community of victims ofdomestic violence (KDRT) and divorce that occurred led the West Java provincialgovernment to develop a women-only program, namely Sekolah Perempuan CapaiImpian dan Cita-cita (Sekoper Cinta). This program is interesting and important toresearch. The purpose of this research is to find out the persuasive communicationof Pokja 2 PKK Kecamatan in Sekoper Cinta program PKK Desa cadres InKecamatan Cijati Kabupaten Cianjur . This study uses qualitative methods with acase study approach. The authors collect data through interviews, observations,document studies of PKK activity records, present lists of cadres, photodocumentation of activities of Sekoper Cinta activities, the theory used isthe theoryof symbolic interaction. The result of this research is that the role of persuasivecommunication in Sekoper Cinta program should be done intimately, in socializingthe Program Sekoper Cinta accompanied by consideration of media selectionincluding pictures, flipcharts, videos and modules of soft file material accompaniedby interesting images so that the message can be easily understood by the targetbecause it is adjusted to age, education, and socio-cultural, Barriers to persuasivecommunication in Sekoper Cinta program among others speakers in socializingSekoper Cinta less active because it has never done public training speaking,memory and capture in receiving less information on PKK Desa cadres due toeducation level as well as some elderly cadres

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online communication in the spread of hate speech on social media. In conducting this analysis, the researcher uses a qualitative research method, the Semotika method, which is a research that describes the situation on Instagram social media. hate is an expression that shows people from certain social groups who express differences, race, national origin, religion, and gender. Based on the results of research that has been done on Instagram influencers, it is stated that hate speech against influencers on Instagram social media is caused by interactions carried out by accounts that create controversy against these influencers. In addition, social media also provides and forms new ways of communicating and contributes to providing a choice of positive content in the midst of the chaos of existing information. From the use of social media, there are also many kinds of sources of knowledge
