Abstract
In modern Chinese humanities, the concept of Neo-Daoism has not yet acquired a strict chronological and doctrinal framework. The concept of Modern Neo-Daoism is also the subject of scientific discussion and implies systemically amorphous set of the ideas of traditional philosoph-ical and religious Daoism, which have received modern interpretation. Traditional Daoism, being the worldview and ideological system, con-tains relevant concepts for the modern world. On the one hand, these concepts, within the framework of systemic theocentric worldview, de-termine the formation of the personality model of the Perfectly Sage with the dominant spiritual values. On the other hand, individual concepts of Daoism correspond to the liberal-humanistic ideology aimed at shaping the personality of the Egoistic Consumer. As a result, the theo-retical demarcation and systemic design of the ideology of Modern Neo-Daoism currently still represents an urgent problem.
