Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с местом права в рамках современного устойчивого развития экономических и социальных процессов и цифровизации жизни. Обращено внимание на то, что прогрессивное развитие технологий создало условия для протекания процессов трансформации права. Автором проанализирован накопленный международный опыт и позиции разных стран, в результате чего сделан обоснованный вывод о том, что создание платформенного права и внедрение правовых платформ в регулирование межплатформенного взаимодействия и межэкосистемые связи является весьма прогрессивным и действенным методом правового регулирования и обеспечения безопасности использования высоких технологий и ИИ в повседневной жизни. The article discusses issues related to the place of law within the framework of modern sustainable development of economic and social processes and digitalization of life. Attention is drawn to the fact that the progressive development of technologies has created conditions for the processes of transformation of law. The author analyzes the accumulated international experience and positions of different countries, as a result of which a reasonable conclusion is made that the creation of platform law and the introduction of legal platforms in the regulation of cross-platform interaction and inter-ecosystem communications is a very progressive and effective method of legal regulation and ensuring the safety of the use of high technologies and AI in everyday life.
