This paper proposes a reliability assessment method for high-speed railway catenary system considering weather conditions. The weather condition is classified according to IEEE standard, and the failure rate model of catenary component is built under three weather conditions. Then the failure rate and repair rate under different weather conditions are considered as random fuzzy variables. Credibility theory is applied to evaluate the influence of uncertainties on the reliability assessment of catenary system. Finally, fault tree analysis method is introduced to calculate the reliability indices of the catenary system. Abstract
