The Enlightenment of Technology Overtaking the Country to China's Financial Support for Science and Technology Innovation

Abstract

This paper divides the ratio of intellectual property export cost and intellectual property import cost in the balance of payments as a technical division indicator to replace per capita GDP to re-divide the world economy,and then defines the concept of leading and catching up. The project represents the degree of scientific and technological development of a country. The export cost of intellectual property is higher than the import cost, indicating that the scientific and technological level of a country is at a leading level.The A value is greater than 1 is the leading country of technology , and the A value is less than 1 is the technology to catch up with the country. It also analyzes the experience of Korea's financial support for scientific and technological innovation in the stage of catching up with China , and gains the enlightenment of China's financial support for technological innovation. 技术赶超国家对我国金融支持科技创新的启示
