Study on the Evaluation System of Waters Restricted Development Zone - A Case Study of Five Major Lakes in Huaihe Eco-Economic Zone

Abstract

In order to meet the new requirements of ecological civilization construction in China, based on the literature summarization of waters restricted development zone, the main problems in the evaluation of the five major lakes in Huaihe River Basin of China were put forward in this study. Meanwhile, the evaluation indexes were selected and the evaluation index system was established. By using analytic hierarchy process, the importance of the evaluation dimension and dimension influence factors in the evaluation system of the five important lakes in Huaihe eco-economic zone was explored, the pairwise comparison of the importance of each influence factor in the evaluation indexes was performed, and then the comparison scores were obtained. According to the scores, priority protection and key protection were carried out to further optimize the protection work of waters restricted development zone.
