Improving implementation of the Blockchain technology in real estate registration

Abstract

Difficulties are caused by the introduction of the Blockchain in the field of registration of rights to real estate and real estate turnover since this requires the establishment of a balance between public and private interests. The article proposes a set of measures, the implementation of which would improve the implementation of the Blockchain technology to modernize the registration of rights to real estate and real estate turnover. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the wider use of the Blockchain will increase the reliability of the register of real estate rights and make the circulation of real estate more secure. During the research were used the comparative legal research method, the method of legal modeling, the method of economic analysis of law. The use of virtual reality and augmented reality technology for real estate accounting has been proposed, through the creation of a virtual real estate registry. The possibility of using online arbitration when challenging the right to real estate, which is registered using Blockchain technology, has been argued. The main directions of legal regulation of Smart factory and Digital Enterprise have been proposed.
