In this study, a total of 354 individuals working in Karbala cement factory was considered among whom the questionnaire was distributed. In order to test the research hypotheses, general confirmatory loading (structural equation modeling), descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and gradient multiple regression analyses were conducted. A number of conclusions was reached out of which the most important is the existence of a significant impact of organizational virtuousness on proactive behavior. Abstract
