Abstract

This article discusses the processes of creating a corporate portal as a tool for managing personnel in an organization. It is noted that at a time when part of the employees work remotely, and communication with them is carried out through internal networks, or by telephone, the formation of a new corporate portal modified for these tasks becomes a necessary condition for organizing their effective work and the process of controlling it. If an organization is developing dynamically, has employees and divisions located in different cities, working in the office and remotely, and is interested in forming a cohesive, unified internal corporate culture, maintaining traditions, systematizing communications and processes of its activities, the corporate portal becomes the most powerful tool for company management and personnel management services in achieving these goals.
