The data collection technique used in this study is by testing and measuring using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25. Based on the research data above, it shows that of the 12 KONI Bantul boxing athletes who took the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) test to measure VO2max, the results obtained were 10 athletes with moderate category and 2 athletes in poor category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the VO2max of Boxing Athletes in Bantul Regency. This study uses a descriptive research design with a survey method. The population of this study amounted to 12 boxing athletes in Bantul Regency. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique of 12 boxing athletes in Bantul Regency. The data collection technique used in this study is by testing and measuring using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25. 本研究的目的是测定班图尔县拳击运动员的最大摄氧量。本研究采用描述性研究设计和问卷调查法。本研究的研究对象为班图尔摄政王的12名拳击运动员。本研究样本采用班图尔县12名拳击运动员的全抽样方法。本研究使用的数据收集技术是通过多阶段适应度测试(MFT)进行测试和测量。本研究的数据分析使用SPSS 25版本。基于以上研究数据可知,在12名KONI Bantul拳击运动员中,采用Multistage Fitness Test (MFT)测试测量VO2max,得到的结果为中等类别运动员10名,差类别运动员2名。由此可见,班图尔县拳击运动员的最大摄氧量大都处于中等水平。
