The difference of sci-tech innovation ability is also analyzed based on two levels of comprehensive ability and first level factor. It is concluded that the development of regional sci-tech innovation is unbalanced in different regions in Guangdong Province. Abstract

The research on the ability of sci-tech innovation has always been a hot topic in the field of regional innovation. It is of great significance to promote the overall competitiveness of industry and the development of regional economy. 科技创新能力指数构建与空间差异测度研究
科技创新能力研究一直是区域创新领域的热点问题。对提升产业整体竞争力和区域经济发展具有重要意义。本文基于科技支撑能力、创新环境、创新能力及其产出等综合因素,对广东省科技创新能力进行研究,首次构建科技创新指数,对广东省21个地区2018年的实际数据进行分析,并对各地区的科技创新能力进行测度。从综合能力和一级因素两个层面分析了科技创新能力的差异。结果表明,广东省区域科技创新发展在不同区域间存在不平衡现象。建议通过政策引导、精准帮扶、合作共建,加强粤东、粤西地区企业在科技创新中的主导地位,提高区域科技创新能力,促进全省协调发展。
