The study community consisted of officials at the quality departments at Majmaah University during the period (1441 AH - 1442 AH). The results demonstrated that study sam-ple’s agreement came to an (agree) level on the degree of influence of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage through total quality، organizational expec-tations and organizational norms. Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate the degree of organizational culture practice prevailing in Majmaah University and to reveal the sources on which Majmaah University de-pends in shaping its own organizational culture.
