PMH: severe microcephaly with skull collapse, hydrocephaly, periventricular calcifications, chorioretinal scars; 3 brief admissions due to irritability and seizures. G-tube and tracheostomy considered due to severe failure to thrive, neurologic impairment and upper airway compromise.
