Abstract
The results of roentgenpneumopolygraphy in 290 coal miners are analyzed. Localized diffuse ventilation disorders are detected, that are most pronounced in the upper and central lung regions. In all patients with dust bronchitis local and diffuse emphysematous ventilation disorder was detectable. In all patients with pneumoconiosis combined functional and morphologic changes were found.
