Abstract
An inhibitor against blood clotting factor IX was observed as a very rare finding in case of an eight year old boy suffering from haemophilia B. By reason of a haemarthros a replacement therapy was successful done using FEIBA (Factor Eight Inhibitor Bypassing Activity).
