She also edits Assay: A Journal of Nonfiction Studies. She is an assistant professor of creative writing at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Her third book is forthcoming from Milkweed Editions in 2023.Tanya Bomsta's essays have been published in The Gettysburg Review, The Florida Review, The Iowa Review, december, and elsewhere.
