To retrieve results, a multi-method approach was used. This is a cross-sectional study. This study employed quantitative methodology. To collect primary data from academics at two universities in DIKhan, Pakistan, an adapted questionnaire was used. The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Citizen Behavior, and that Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Citizen Behavior. Abstract
