Abstract

基于中西医结合诊疗指南的偏头痛知识图谱构建
我们的目的是利用知识图谱技术,将偏头痛诊疗指南中的文本数据转化为可视化的知识图谱,可视化地展示临床诊疗过程,为偏头痛中西医结合诊疗的规范化提供辅助。对偏头痛诊疗指南中的文本数据进行人工提取、知识融合和标准化。结合临床诊疗过程,通过Neo4j图形数据库对偏头痛的中西医诊疗数据进行可视化存储。构建了包含616个实体和615个实体关系的偏头痛中西医诊疗知识图谱,实现了偏头痛中西医结合诊疗检查、诊断、治疗过程的可视化显示。本研究以偏头痛诊疗指南为基础,通过知识图谱技术将偏头痛的中西医结合诊疗过程可视化,对临床实施相关诊疗指南,规范中医优势病中西医结合诊疗具有重要意义。
