The study revealed that a number of issues in this area are not regulated by law in Ka-zakhstan, creating legal gaps and potential contract law issues. Preparing a docu-ment or official commentary addressing many issues in contractual relationships pertaining to surrogacy contracts could be an essential solution. Abstract
A comprehensive understanding of medicine and psychology is indispensable for successful surrogacy practices.
