According to the Krejcie and Morgan sampling table (1970), the sample group of this research was 201 teachers from four higher vocational colleges in Guizhou, and simple random sampling was used in this research.Furthermore, the interviewees of this research were five administrators, teachers, and industry representatives. Five high-level administrators in Guizhou were the five experts in evaluating the adaptability and feasibility of the guidelines. Purposive sampling was used in this part.The research instruments were a questionnaire, a semi-structured interview, and an evaluation form. “双高”背景下贵州发展产学研一体化的指导意见
本研究的目的是:1)研究“双高规划”背景下贵州高职院校产教融合的现状;2)制定“双高规划”背景下贵州高职院校产教融合的指导方针;3)评估“双高计划”背景下贵州高职院校产教融合指导方针的适应性和可行性。研究对象为4所高职院校的420名教师。根据Krejcie和Morgan抽样表(1970),本研究的样本组为贵州四所高职院校的201名教师,本研究采用简单随机抽样。此外,本研究的受访者是五位行政人员,教师和行业代表。贵州省5名高层管理人员是评价指南适应性和可行性的5位专家。本部分采用目的性抽样。研究工具为问卷调查、半结构化访谈和评价表。数据分析的统计方法为频次分析、百分比分析、平均值分析、标准差分析和内容分析。结果发现:1)“双高”背景下贵州高职院校产教融合的现状为政府政策支持、高职院校吸引力;2)“双高”背景下贵州高职院校产教融合的指导思想有三个维度:政府维度、高职院校维度和企业维度;3)指南的适应性和可行性处于最高水平,在4.00 ~ 5.00之间。
