The research was conducted to determine the effect of employee competence (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. M. Quantitative methods were used in this study with multiple regression analysis and using SPSS 24 for data processing, primary data sources were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. M. The population selected for the study were all employees of PT. M totaling 230 with a sample of 146 employees using the Slovin formula used as a sampling technique. The results obtained are that there is a partial effect of employee competence on the performance of PT. M employees of 0.372 or 37.2%, there is a partial effect of the work environment on the performance of PT. M employees of 0.523 (52.3%) and there is a simultaneous effect of employee competence and work environment on the performance of PT. 员工能力和工作环境对员工绩效的影响
人力资源是企业的重要组成部分,因此公司提供机会来开发其人力资源的潜力,以最大限度地提高员工的绩效,能够创造最大的员工绩效离不开在一个组织中工作的能力和工作环境条件。本研究旨在确定PT. m公司员工能力(X1)和工作环境(X2)对员工绩效(Y)的影响。本研究采用多元回归分析和SPSS 24软件进行数据处理的定量方法。主要数据来源是通过对PT. M公司的员工进行问卷调查,选取PT.
