The implication of this study is that it presented a work-integrated learning model that can be implemented in universities and specific application plans centered on real estate and tourism majors. Abstract

This study was conducted to develop a work-integrated learning model to intentionally link and integrate students' work experiences in future job sites and university curriculum, and to propose application plans focusing on real estate and tourism majors. 工学结合学习模式在高校应用的探索性研究——以房地产与旅游专业为例
本研究旨在建立工作整合学习模式,有意地将学生在未来工作场所的工作经验与大学课程联系和整合,并提出以房地产和旅游专业为重点的应用方案。为实现这一研究目的,在回顾前人理论和实践研究以及国内外工作集成学习案例的基础上,提出了由四种类型组成的工作集成学习模式:全课程集成模式、特定领域先进模式、特定主题导向模式和多流程多元化模式。由于该专业是一个具体的综合学习应用计划,因此将房地产专业作为一个具体的主题导向模式来呈现,将旅游专业作为一个全课程整合模式来呈现。本研究的意义在于提出了一种可以在高校实施的工作整合学习模式,以及以房地产和旅游专业为中心的具体应用方案。本研究的局限性在于国内没有相关研究,因此属于探索性研究,未来的研究还需要对每种综合学习模式的有效的详细程序应用和评估方法进行研究。
