Abstract

All workers, but especially managers in charge and managers, must be trained and made aware of the risks of computer fatigue and the need to exercise the right to digital disconnection. In this way, an important step will be taken to change the business culture and climate and thus promote the well-being of workers. If managers and managers hardly disconnect from technology, hardly will their collaborators.
