Abstract

The editor in chief considers the fund of knowledge upon which singers draw by first considering how this knowledge is “constituted” (a term coined by author Jonathan Rauch), then how knowledge advances over time via academic writing and adult learning opportunities like the new NATS Science-Informed Voice Pedagogy Institute.
