The incremental of transportation vehicles poses danger to the national budgets, where high subsidy allocation in national budgets is paid for fuels subsidy. To address this issue, the government has introduced many incentives and supported the use of Electric Vehicles (EVs) nationwide. Supporting EVs nationwide is not an easy task since it involves collaborating with electricity suppliers, EV resellers, and maintenance tasks associated in supply chain management. The article takes case study of a state-own energy company, ICP, that is given mandate to support the EV adoption.
