К вопросу о формировании идеологии патриотизма в молодежной среде на современном этапе политического развития России

Abstract

The proposed publication examines the problem of the formation of the ideology of patriotism among young people at the present stage of Russia's political development. The paper suggests that patriotism for Russian youth in the existing socio-political conditions is an unconditional sacred value, a basic component of mental experience and national spirituality. Designating the concept of ideology as a system of socially significant views and ideas and speaking about its functions, the author focuses on those signs of ideology that need to be developed in the context of a patriotic idea: conceptuality, integrity, accessibility for young people, mass orientation and certainty. In addition, special attention is paid to the politics of memory in general and commemorations in particular, which are understood as collective practices, thanks to which participants form a sense of unity based on respect for the commonality of the historical path and reverence for the exploits of their ancestors. As instruments of memory policy, in addition to memorials, the creation and financing of public organizations for the preservation of the memory of the Great Patriotic War, the support of thematic museums of a military-patriotic orientation, the legislative approval of a socially recognized interpretation of the leading role of the Soviet people in the defeat of Nazism, the organization and financial support of patriotic political projects, the use of imperative-compulsory control mechanisms are designated for the educational sphere and the mass media.
