Abstract
The article discusses the features of smart state adaptation to globalization and deglobalization. The author analyzes absorption as a strategy for integration of cross-border mobility of resources in the field of government policy; evaluates the advantages of smart state technologies for the realization of the absorption strategy; identifies the features of e-residents and digital nomads in different countries as examples of smart state adaptation to globalization/deglobalization.
