The nature of work has gone through drastic changes over the last century and it is still changing at whirlwind speed. Stress produces numerous symptoms which vary according to persons, situations, and severity. These can include physical health decline as well as depression. According to the St. Louis Psychologists and Counselling Information and Referral, the process of stress management is one of the keys to a happy and successful life in modern society. Due to these changes, the employees in the logistics sector are experiencing a high level of stress. If affected the social, economical, and psychological domains of the executives and their relations. The present study proposes to address specific problems related to stress management among the employees in Thermox Polymers Pvt Ltd. The study is conducted to study the stress level and its management among the employees of Thermox Polymers Pvt Ltd. The data collected has been analyzed through various statistical tools like Karl Pearson’s Correlation, Chi- square test and One-way Anova test. The researcher concludes that Thermox Polymers Pvt Ltd has already performed well, in order to reduce employees stress in the work place. It has to provide well performance in future also.
