Abstract
The main role of the teeth is aesthetics, phonetics and chewing function. A missing tooth could lead to disharmony in the tooth. Wisdom teeth are often lost for a variety of reasons. Here we present a case of bilateral maxillary lateral incisor missing with no known cause that was replaced with dental implants and crowns followed by orthodontic treatment.
