ANALISIS PENJATUHAN SANKSI PIDANA TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PENCURIAN DENGAN KEKERASAN (STUDI PUTUSAN NOMOR : 329/PID.B/2021/PN.TJK)

Abstract
