This research is descriptive qualitative using the observation method (checklist) supplemented by interviews, the results are processed descriptively, analyzed by grouping each part and presented in the form of a percent score. The results showed that the average total score was 82.18%. This study concludes that pharmaceutical services are from the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials at the TK II. hospital R.W. Abstract

Pharmaceutical services focus on responsible services for patients related to the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, consumable medical materials and clinical pharmacy services with the aim of increasing the quality of life of patients. The aim of the study was to evaluate the application of pharmaceutical services from the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials at the TK II. hospital R.W. Mongisidi Manado based on the pharmaceutical service standards of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health no 72 of 2016.
