Abstract
Introduction: Kaposi sarcoma is an angioproliferative neoplasm. Its manifestations are well known but nail involvement seems extremely underreported. Case Presentation: A 55-year-old man presented with a 6-month history of a growing subungual tumor affecting the third right toe.
