The size of the nucleus varies even in cells of the same type at different stages of the functioning of the same secretory cell. The muscle coat in the excretory and accessory ducts of the pancreas in the raccoon dogs is absent. Proliferation of acinocytes and differentiation of ductal cells contribute to the formation of new acini. In the functioning of acinar tissue, heterogeneity is revealed.
