The research was conducted using an experimental method with the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. Extraction was carried out by maceration method to extract secondary metabolites. Through screening tests it is known that Pepper Elder contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and steroids.
