CPS simulations were conducted and verified for small and medium-sized food manufacturers, focusing on improvements made through FOM and VSM analysis. Optimal solutions were found to improve the non-value-added process, and productivity improvement measures were derived. The KPI visualization dashboard made it possible to detect problems in real time and make data-based decisions. Abstract
