For construct validation and hypothesis testing the study used PLS-SEM. The importance of integrating sustainable elements into HRM departments and the contribution of GHRM practice to sustainability are highlighted in this study. This study focuses on the green aspect of HRM and further to the body of knowledge on environmental behaviors. Abstract
