The data from this study were statistically analysed using Microsoft Excel 2019 to perform one-way ANOVA. Aquaculture is the practice of cultivating and farming aquatic organisms under controlled conditions. High pH conditions, more toxic ammonia is present which can be harmful to aquatic organisms, particularly fish. The presence of ammonia in water can have implications for dissolved oxygen (DO) levels.
