The mass fraction of moisture, crude protein (CP), crude fiber (CF), as well as the concentration of the mass fraction of organic acids (lactic, acetic and butyric) were determined. The positive influence of the consortium of microorganisms in the preservation of nutrients and energy of the finished silage has been established. Abstract

The article considers the results of a laboratory study of the use of experimental preparations Inoculant 1 and Inoculant 2, containing live bacteria and their combinations, in the preparation of silage from the green mass of alfalfa of foreign selection in the budding phase.
