The outcomes suggest that it is crucial to enhance the professional skills of teachers individually to improve their CIPBC. Abstract

This study aimed to statistically analyze the relationship between early childhood teachers" competency in implementing play-based curriculum (CIPBC) and the organizational creativity (OC) of early childhood education institutions. The survey of 283 early childhood teachers revealed a significant positive correlation between the early childhood teachers" CIPBC and the OC of early childhood education institutions.
