A total of 299 questionnaire surveys were conducted with cabin crew members who majored in the Department of Airline Service. As a result of the analysis, among the six curriculum qualities, image making, general aviation service, aviation safety, and foreign language education had a significant effect on the cabin crew's perceived job confidence, but in-flight service and speech and presentation education did not have an effect. Also it was found that the cabin crew's perceived job confidence had a significant effect on job adaptation. Abstract
This study aims to study the relationships among the quality of the curriculum of the Department of Airline Service and the cabin crew's perceived job confidence and job adaptation.
