As a result of the analysis, self-esteem and appearance satisfaction had a negative effect on employment stress, and self-esteem and appearance satisfaction had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy had a negative effect on employment stress. The mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the relationships among self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, and employment stress.
