Abstract

AbstractImproper processing of sensitive personal data concerning disabled people in government information disclosure not only violates their privacy rights but also leads to discrimination, stigmatization, and other serious secondary harm, that have long been overlooked. China’s procurator-led public-interest litigation system is a powerful tool for protecting the privacy rights of vulnerable groups.
