Abstract
On January 3, 2023, the Department of State and Legal Disciplines of the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia together with the Departments of Criminal and Penal Enforcement Law, Regime and Protection in the Penal System of the Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia held an international scientific and practical conference «Problems of legal regulation of the use of various types of punishments: criminal law, Criminological and Criminal-executive aspects».
